The Services We Offer

Apart, Sadoff and SunCoast Communications were already very capable companies with a wide range of services, but combined, we can take data center decommissioning—which Sadoff was already doing—to the next level. Learn how below!

Removal

Every step of data center decommissioning has its unique challenges. Removal often leaves you with a bunch of racking, fixtures, and more, that a typical e-recycling facility will not take, but Sadoff is far from typical. We also have an iron and metal side to our business which allows us to take any and all racking and also recycle those materials affordably, effectively, and with the best outcome for the environment.

Logistics

We have our primary e-recycling facilities in Nebraska and Wisconsin, with further warehouse facilities in Maryland and Dallas. None of this needs to matter to you though because we provide nationwide logistics with tracking.

Compliance and Security

Man working on a server rackCompliance and safety need to be a major concern whenever sensitive data could be involved. That’s why a long time ago Sadoff took it upon ourselves to get multiple certifications including R2v3 certification—which we have at our La Vista, NE and Oshkosh, WI locations. R2v3 is often considered to be the gold standard in compliance and security certifications for e-recycling. In addition to that, we are also an i-SIGMA member, ISO certified (9001, 14001, 45001), and we are ITAR registered. We believe in providing our customers with peace of mind, and that’s why we also 100% contractually own liability as well.

Certified Data Destruction

Data centers are home to terabytes and terabytes of data, and when you are decommissioning a data center, you need to be sure that all data is completely and thoroughly destroyed. We can perform all three types of industry-accepted forms of data destruction including physical destruction, degaussing, and overwriting. We can help you pick the right combination of methods for your data and we will provide you with a certificate of destruction once the data destruction has been completed.

How Do We Maximize Value?

Sadoff was always good at maximizing value through refurbishing, reselling, and maximizing material value, but with SunCoast being added to our family, we have more avenues than ever to resell used, refurbished, or even new IT equipment. With SunCoast, our unique business combination allows us to generate considerably more value for our customers than our competition.
